Terms & Conditions

The approximate
lead time from order date for standard orders
with artwork will be 3 weeks (this may vary
depending on availability of garments and work
load of embroiderer and/or screen printer).

Discounts are available
for bulk purchases. We offer the
following discounts for varying quantities
(off garment prices only) - 16-30 garments
receive 5% discount; 31-50 garments receive
10% discount; 51-80 garments receive 15%
discount; 81-100 garments receive 17%
discount; and 100+ garments receive POA.

A 50% deposit is
required when ordering and the final balance
is to be paid on or prior to delivery.

Urgent orders will
attract a surcharge ($30 on orders under $300
or 10% of total for orders $300+) plus express
freight charges.

Returns due
to "change of mind" or incorrect sizing can be
exchanged, but a restocking fee of $30
applies. If you have not been sized in
our showroom, or with samples from our
showroom, please check our
sizing info to
ensure that you purchase the correct sizes the
first time.

Garments the have
been screenprinted or embroidered may not be
returned unless faulty.

Freight costs
will apply to all orders and will be
determined by the weight and size of the
package and the delivery post code.
- Artwork for
embroidery must be supplied in PDF or JPG
format.
- Artwork for screen
printing must be supplied in EPS, Illustrator
V9 or Corel 12 format.
- If artwork
requires to be redrawn, a charge of $45.00 per
hour will apply.
- A sample charge of
$50.00 will apply should your order not
proceed after sampling.
- An artwork setup
charge for screen printing or embroidering on
your first order will apply.

Screenprinting
only - screen setups are kept for strictly 12
months from last order. If ordering after 12
months another screen setup will apply.
- Artwork setup
charges are to pay for the time and materials
of the screen printer and embroiderer.
- All screens and
digitised files remains the property of the
screen printer & embroiderer respectively &
are not for sale.
