We are committed to providing quality garments and we have complete confidence in our quality control system, which is why we offer all our customers 100% satisfaction guarantee to correct or replace any faulty items.
We are one of the only uniform suppliers who carry out the following quality control procedures:
- Every garment received from a manufacturer is checked for faults.
Every garment received from a manufacturer is measured to ensure that it meets the manufacturer’s specifications.
- If any garments do not meet the necessary quality and sizing requirements, they will be returned to the manufacturer and any replacement garments will be remeasured.
- Once garments are quality control approved, we will then have them printed &/or embroidered as requested by the customer.
- Once the artwork is completed, we check the positioning and quality of the artwork before folding and bagging the garments ready to distribute to the customer.
If for some reason we do miss something (after all, we are only human!) we are happy to correct or replace any faulty garments.
Faulty garments must be returned to us within 14 days.
